Hi, I’m Sebastian Hồ!

Solution Architect | ERP & System Integration | Microsoft Platform

I orchestrate systems, data and people around Microsoft Business Central.

I build data and integration solutions that run reliably — and land with the teams who use them. Freelance, for companies on Business Central and for Microsoft and BC partners.

Certificates and qualifications

4 Scrum.org certificates focused on team, product and leadership, plus the Bachelor Professional in IT.

My certificates combine Scrum knowledge at team, product and organisation level. That lets me work pragmatically rather than just by the book: clear priorities, better processes and ways of working that hold up in daily life.

  • Scaling beyond single teams
Orchestrator

A conductor doesn’t play every instrument.

But they know them all and make sure they sound right together. That’s my job.

Business Central sits at the centre. I connect it to everything else you run and get systems, data and people working to the same beat.

  1. Systems

Tools, data and processes, finally aligned

Business Central at the centre, connected to CRM, shop, accounting, shipping and your specialist systems. Fewer silos, clearer ownership.

  2. Data

    Decisions you can trust

Clean data flows and stable interfaces. Reporting becomes dependable, and nobody has to ask which number is actually correct.

  3. Decisions

The right logic in the right place

AL, Power Automate or n8n? I tell you where each piece of logic belongs, and why. That keeps the solution maintainable.

  4. People

    Adoption that lasts

Workshops, training and plain language. New systems get used, the support load drops, and your team works with the system instead of against it.

Work sample

From cable chaos to an orchestra.

This is a typical landscape around Business Central. Build your own and switch between the two.

    Services

    What I focus on

Four ways in, one goal: a system landscape that plays in tune.

    What does it cost?

No two engagements are alike, so I don’t publish flat prices online. What matters to me is that scope, effort and budget work for both sides. After a short look at your situation, you’ll get an honest assessment of scope, priorities and cost.

    BC integration & solution consulting

Focus: Business Central as the core of your system landscape, cleanly connected across the Microsoft ecosystem.

    • Solution design for Business Central and the Microsoft Platform
    • Interfaces to CRM, shop, accounting, shipping and specialist systems
    • A clear decision: AL, Power Automate or n8n
    • Data migration with verified data quality
    • Business Central
    • AL
    • APIs
    • Power Platform

    Three pillars behind it

    1. ERP & system integration

Business Central at the core, connected to CRM, shop, accounting, shipping and specialist systems. Plus automation where it replaces manual work.

    2. Process & requirements management

BPMN, requirements engineering, documentation in Confluence. Stakeholder communication up to C-level.

    3. IT governance & security

Permission models and security policies, clearly documented and workable in daily operations.

    How I work

    Advise. Build. Let it land.

    1. 1 | Advise

      Architecture and design

      Goal

Understand what the systems really have to do.

      • Listen: which problem are we solving?
      • Sketch the target architecture in plain language
      • Decide where each piece of logic belongs

      Result

A design that business and IT both understand.

    2. 2 | Build

      Integration and delivery

      Goal

The design becomes a running solution.

      • Develop interfaces and data flows
      • Migrate data cleanly
      • Test with real cases from your daily work

      Result

A solution that runs reliably and is documented.

    3. 3 | Let it land

      Adoption

      Goal

Your team enjoys working with it.

      • Workshops and training for every role
      • Documentation instead of a black box
      • Being there when the first questions come

      Result

      Adoption that lasts.

    Experience

Built and brought to the team.

These examples come from earlier roles and are also in my CV. I can’t show names or internal documents, but I’m happy to tell you more in a conversation.

    About me

    Solid architecture needs strong roots

My path began in a trade: take things apart, understand them, put them back together so they run reliably. That’s how I still work today as a Solution Architect, on Business Central and everything connected to it.

Business Central, integrations or AI agents: I never see just the software. I see the people who have to work with it every day.

The mark in my logo is the ồ from my surname, drawn as a knot. It stands for what I build: connections that hold.

What drives me, and what that means for you:

I’m an “assertive mediator” (INFP-A). Sounds like personality-test talk, but in IT work it has real business value.

    • I translate

I speak developer language and business language. Clear communication is where good implementation starts.

    • I stay calm

Rollouts are stressful. When it gets rough, I’m your anchor.

    • I build acceptance

The best software is useless if the team rejects it. I ask how your people work today and build the training around that.

    • I build solutions that work and stay

With technical sense, strategic foresight and human instinct. Let’s build together.

    FAQ

    So tell me, ...

What does a Solution Architect actually do?

They make sure your systems fit together: functionally, technically and in daily work. The result isn’t a pretty diagram but a setup that runs more smoothly. Fewer workarounds, more reliable numbers, and teams that work with the system instead of against it.

    Who do you work for?

As a freelancer, for companies on Business Central or heading there, and for Microsoft and BC partners who need a Solution Architect or consultant on the team. Also as a subcontractor.

Do you only advise, or do you build too?

Both. I design the solution, build integrations and data flows and support the rollout. My work doesn’t stop at the concept. It goes all the way into production.

    What don’t you do?

I design and build solutions and bring them to the team. Schedules and status meetings stay with you or your partner. That lets me focus on the technology and the people.

Our systems have grown over the years. Does everything have to go?

Usually not. The best path is often a clear consolidation: what stays, what goes, what gets integrated properly. One thing at a time.

AL, Power Automate or n8n: what do I use for what?

It depends on where the logic belongs. Business logic usually lives in AL, processes around Microsoft 365 suit Power Automate, and n8n plays to its strengths when several systems are involved and you want to self-host.

What does AI-ready mean in practice?

Clean APIs, stable data flows and clear ownership. Without those, AI agents run into chaos and return chaos. The AI strategy workshop shows where you stand in 2 to 4 hours.

    Remote or on site?

Both. Remote works very well for most topics. For workshops and critical phases I’m happy to come by, in the Hamburg area and across Germany.
